Refund Policy
1. General Consultation Cancellation/Refund Policy
"We understand that circumstances may change. To receive a full refund, please cancel or reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will forfeit their booking fee."

2. Post-Service/Dissatisfaction Policy
"Once a consultation has been conducted and the service rendered, it is not refundable. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care, but we cannot guarantee specific health outcomes. If you are unsatisfied, please contact our office within 3 days to discuss your concerns."

3. Prepaid Package/Multiple Session Policy
"If you have purchased a package of consultations, you may cancel for a full refund before the first session occurs. After the first session, any remaining, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rated basis, minus a [Number]% administrative fee."

4. Emergency/Exceptional Circumstances Policy
"In the event of a documented emergency, we may allow you to reschedule your appointment without penalty or apply a prepaid fee toward a future service, rather than issuing a cash refund."

5. Billing Errors
"If a billing error occurs (e.g., being charged for a service not received), a full refund or account credit will be issued promptly, provided that notification of the error is made within 3 banking days."
